dear all,
i just created a mailing list `developers at delph-in.net' and subscribed
all of you to it, viz.
ann.copestake at cl.cam.ac.uk
bond at cslab.kecl.ntt.co.jp
danf at csli.stanford.edu
ebender at u.washington.edu
eisele at coli.uni-sb.de
eric-n at is.naist.jp
fouvry at coli.uni-sb.de
j.a.carroll at sussex.ac.uk
kiefer at dfki.de
oe at csli.stanford.edu
siegel at dfki.de
takaaki at cslab.kecl.ntt.co
ulrich.schaefer at dfki.de
ulrich at callmeier.de
i am certain i am forgetting several people and would ask for your help
in knowing who they are?
the intention here is to see whether we can use a single list among the
developers of resources including the LKB, PET, [incr tsdb()], HoG, the
ERG, JaCY, and the Matrix (and possibly others). the list would carry
announcements or discussions around new features, interface changes, et
al. it would primarily target developer-internal exchange, but (a bit
like air traffic control) should be open to kibitzers in my view.
just now, i was prompted to create such a list because ann and francis
were discussing extensions to the RMRS DTD, and wondering which list to
use to check with other interested parties. i hope we will find value
in it over time! if there was agreement, we could even list it as the
contact address on the DELPH-IN web pages (at the risk of getting more
spam)?
all the best - oe
