howdy,

the quarter is coming to its end here, the sun is out, and i spent part
of the day updating the LKB wiki. more specifically, i added something
on the new automated install procedure, ported and updated a lot of the
stuff from the older web pages, demoted a few power-user topics to the
second hierarchy level in LKB pages, and tried to make sure there is at
least something behind all of the (LKB) top-level links.

i would like to ask a few favours: could people, over time, try the new
automated install procedure and provide feedback, please? also, please
take a look at the wiki pages, make corrections (you all should be able
to edit pages), and consider adding more documentation---specifically,
if you have contributed code or design to the LKB.

the plan is to have the wiki substitute for the old HTML pages at some
point, hopefully in the near future. besides the FAQ, what other info
do you see that would still have to be ported before we can redirect

  http://www.delph-in.net/lkb

into the wiki pages?

myself, i plan to work on the LUI and [incr tsdb()] pages next, but it
would be very nice to see the wiki turn into an even more collaborative
effort :-).

                                                        cheers - oe
