Hi Stephan,

I used the pre-compiled version of 'estimate' from
http://bulba.sdsu.edu/malouf/software/estimate.gz
Running 'estimate' without argument, I get the following message.

[yzhang at false delphin]$ estimate

The [incr tsdb()] I am using is the one packed in build 2005-08-02.
I am attaching a file that includes the output files of the training
session on ecoc data set (except the event input file, which is fairly
large and looks ok to me). I get the same output if the `estimate' is run
on terminal with the same event and variances files.

Thanks a lot,
Yi
