[developers] LKB Runtime & Emacs 22.0.50.1

Dear all,

the LKB runtime currently does not work out of the box in CVS versions 
of GNU Emacs, owing to fi-site-init.el not knowing of any Emacsen better 
than 21.

The following patch solves the problem for me. Would it be possible to 
incorporate this patch?
