very sorry, but I'm in a real time mess at the moment and can't confirm for 
sure in time for your workshop (I don't have the ability to keep details of 
algorithms in my head for more than a few days).  It looks plausible, but 
could you run it through the examples in data/polymorphan please before you 
check in?  (that should be done before any change to the morphology code)
see polymorphan/testing.lisp
And please add an appropriate example to polymorphan!
