[developers] LKB and [incr tsdb()] builds for Solaris

hei!

we used to lean on the Stanford license for Solaris builds.  it looks
like this option is no longer available.  hence i am wondering whether
any of you still have an active Allegro CL + CLIM Enterprise license?

if so, i would welcome help with Solaris builds, either by obtaining
login access to a suitable machine, by `borrowing' the license file, or
by finding someone else to generate the actual builds (which is largely
an automated procedure).

at the same time, i am not sure we still have many Solaris users.  but
when ann last queried the LKB list, there was a surprising number.
