sorry, this was an incompatibility in the build environment that i had
introduced recently.  i just created a new build (`install --test' for
right now) that includes the missing [incr tsdb()] file.

petter, this is the same problem you had reported already.  apologies i
did not get back to you earlier!

ben, could you generate a Windoze build, so we can promote this latest
version from `test' to `latest'?
