[developers] SBCL port

tsdb++ doesn't yet compile; it needs multiprocessing (SBCL supports
threads on Linux x86 and x86-64, so this is likely easy to fix), there
are a fair number of minor "type errors" (as there were for the LKB) --
and there may be additional fixes required. The logon machinery probably
has similar issues. But I expect a port would not be too difficult to
achieve for either of these systems. Stephan, what do you think?

Regarding the LKB port, the major missing component under SBCL is
graphics (the LUI).
