It may not have been clear from Richard's message, but his intended use of 
RASP is just to provide POS tags for the PET unknown word mechanism.  I don't 
think he needs RASP-RMRS out of the HoG (unless you are going via RASP-RMRS 
for that purpose - I know that was discussed but thought it was discarded as 
overkill).
Is the BNC parsing using the HoG?
