hi again,
i think i completed my merge of accumulated LOGON development into the
LinGO repository. besides the changes to LKB code discussed in recent
emails, there is one more new facility. all edges created in parsing,
generation, and unpacking are now recorded in *edge-registry*. see my
comments in `lkb/src/main/parse.lsp'.
besides these changes to core LKB code, i merged in quite a few updates
to the MT and [incr tsdb()] add-on modules. i expect these will not be
noticed by most users (and welcomed by a few), hence shall not bore you
by itemizing all changes. quite generally, there are bug fixes and new
facilities in the transfer machinery, SEM-I support, and [incr tsdb()]
MaxEnt experimentation tools ... all still work in progress.
i did a fair amount of testing, but obviously it is very posssible that
i introduced errors during the merge or failed to foresee interactions
with functionality that i do not use myself. please let me know should
things no longer work the way you think they should!
all best - oe
