[developers] Broken TDL Reader in LKB CVS

The tdl reader in at least today's CVS version of LKB is broken. 
It erroneously complains about invalid syntax, whenever a tdl file
contains a status value. 

Since changes  to the input format are quite a sensitive issue, would it
be possible, in the future, to test against the freely available
grammars first?
