Hmm. then I am not sure. I thought that at least the CARG path should come
up in the warning messages.

>From my understanding, it should not. Do you have all the CARGs set
``appropriately'' in the output MRS? If yes, then you may just ignore those
warnings until we (or someone) make a fix in PET.
