dear all,

we had substantial network problems in oslo on wednesday this week, and
a massive spam flood on the DELPH-IN domain on thursday.  we have just
re-configured our email setup and improved anti-spam measures.  should
you notice anything surprising, please let me know.  in principle, all 
should work as it used to ...
