hi bart,

i suspect the error you report is owed to a different default value for
the discriminant mode in the LOGON tree.  in principle, the LOGON tree
uses the same source code for the LKB and [incr tsdb()] as one can get
through a `piecemeal' installation (from the LinGO download site).  but
the LOGON tree enables a few additional features, and in a small number
of cases it comes with different default values (reflecting the needs
of the original LOGON project).  differences are summarized here:

i expect once you set the discriminant mode to :classic, things should
work the way you are used to, or?
