[developers] What is the minimum value of "constituent weight": nil or zero?

In the model modeling system <http://wiki.delph-in.net/moin/LogonModeling>,
is the minimum value of Constituent Weight zero or nil?  In the sample
grid.lisp files I see the line

:constituent-weight '(1 2 0)

However, the output TSDB profile names that don't specify values of
Constituent Weight have empty brackets

[jhpstg] GP[0] +PT -LEX CW[] +AE ...

For other parameters, empty brackets correspond to nil, not zero.
