[developers] fyi: temporary outage of DELPH-IN and LOGON mailing lists

dear all,

a conspiracy of a fatal server outage at stanford, unexpected snow in
germany, and holidays everywhere caused all email lists at `emmtee.net'
and `delph-in.net' to be dysfunctional in the past two weeks.  in case
you have posted to these lists during the holidays, consider resending
your message(s).  as of today, our mailing list infrastructure should
be back to normal.
