[developers] LKB interactive shell commands

Hey all,

Caleb and I are getting familiar with the LKB for Emily's Winter oh-ten
Knowledge Engineering course.  We would like to drive the LKB from an
interactive shell rather than using the GUI.  Ann's book covers a bit of
it starting on p164, but I don't see LISP analogues for all of the
GUI-driven commands.  Is there a reference somewhere that we can take a
look at?
