...oh no.  It was such a witty answer, and now it's wrong.  It
looks like this *has* actually been sorted recently.  I feel
completely alienated...

If you find you do have a file called "rmrs/convert.lisp",
rather than "rmrs/rmrs-convert.lisp", then updating to the
newest version of the MRS code should do the trick.
Otherwise, you're facing a different problem.

You could also try compiling WITHOUT ECL, and checking
whether "-mrs=new" works and suits your purpose.
