[developers] KnoppixLKB: [incr tsdb()]

Hi, Irina.  I'm going to CC the DELPH-IN list on this, because I'm not too familiar with the inner workings of [incr_tsdb()].  I put the distribution together but I'm not a linguist myself, so I'm not really sure if this problem is something I introduced in Knoppix+LKB or if it's something else.
