[developers] Error on profile update

Hi all,

I'm trying to update a new profile from DeepBank to gold and am running
into a problem:

I'm getting this problem both using the [incr_tsdb()] and also the redwoods
script (which the above output was taken from). As far as I know, the only
non-standard thing I'm doing is updating a profile that was parsed with ACE
using PET parsed gold profiles, but the preceding items in the seem to have
worked correctly.

Has anyone encountered this before?
