[developers] ERG 1214 release?

hi mike,

yes, the ERG 1214 tag in SVN has been frozen since the summer, including
the treebanks (and statistics in ‘etc/’).

more recently, i have prepared a 1214 WikiWoods version, which i hope to
make available for download for christmas.  from my point of view, the
WikiWoods release would fully complete the 1214 cycle, and by then we
should certainly have gone over various wiki pages (e.g. RedwoodsTop) and
update as appropriate.
