[developers] Build It Break It - The Language Edition

Hi All,

This is now short notice (apologies!) but it would be great to have an
ERG-based
entry for this shared task, especially the second subtask:

Is anyone already working on one?  If not, any takers?  (Unfortunately, as
a shared
task organizer, I can't be part of a builder or breaker team...)
