[developers] ACE 0.9.27 OSX binary

Dear developers,

It was called to my attention that the ACE 0.9.27 OSX binary release I posted a week ago was about 2x slower than prior ACE releases.  This turned out to be because I had failed to enable compiler optimizations.  I have now built a new 0.9.27 OSX release and replaced the download on the ACE website, so I would encourage anyone who had downloaded ACE 0.9.27 for OSX to grab a fresh copy and enjoy the reduced sluggishness.
