Shift-drag to highlight the text you want to copy; do this by holding down the shift key while dragging the mouse with the left button held down. Alternatively you can shift-left-click one end of the text and then shift-right-click the other end.<br class=""> 2. Type command-C (or select Copy from the XQuartz Edit menu). The text is now in the system clipboard and can be pasted in the normal way.<br class=""> <br class=""> Linux:<br class=""> 1. Shift-drag as above.<br class=""> 2.
