[erg] Jan-06 release of ERG

I am happy to announce the release of a new version of the ERG which
has been used to produce a new and expanded release of the Redwoods
treebank (www.delph-in.net/redwoods) to be announced shortly.  This 
version of the grammar depends on relatively recent improvements to 
both the LKB and PET systems, so you should be sure these are up-to-date.
