[itsdb] Installation

Hi everybody,

The LKB installation really improved!!! Just two lines and everything
works, well almost everything. The fine system complains (or rather ACL
complains) that it cannot compile files.

> The compiler is not available in Allegro Runtime.

I remember vaguely that one had to install some .fasl files. Could this
be integrated in the install script? Or are there other tricks?

Or maybe they are there but more recent than they should be. Then some
`touch'ing should be done by the script, right?
