[itsdb] parse big corpus with itsdb

one thing i forgot: with selective unpacking (in the latest PET), you
should never see more than one tree here.  but it will still be called
`inactive' during the [incr tsdb()] export.  that is simply because no
treebank annotation has been done, hence not a single tree was actively
selected.
