[pet] Change in PET generic lexicon entries processing

Hi all,

following a request by Berthold, the processing of generic entries is
now combined morphology computation. That means that if a generic entry
is added to the chart, the results of morphological analysis are
applied to the entry as for a normal lexicon entry, without unifying
the stem into the feature structure.

So now, if the infl rules should not be applicable to generic entries
this has to be blocked in the grammar somehow.

I hope this is rather a useful feature than an annoyance, comments are
welcome, as always.

Greetings,
                Bernd
