[pet] Write access to the PET OpenDFKI repository

Hi all,

the people managing OpenDFKI had to change some access policies and i
had to add the accounts (user names) that should have write access to a
new list. So far, i've identified the following people:

kiefer
beki01
ben_waldron
eric_nichols
francis_bond
pead01
stephan_oepen
yi_zhang

Anybody not on this list that should/wants to be? Send me your user
name with which you registered.
