[pet] -rms=rmrx in trunk PET

Hi all,


while preparing HoG for a new release, I have found out that our default
configuration doesn't allow for creating RMRX output any more, while the
formats mrx and new work just fine.

PET is compiled with pretty much everything (tsdb++, ECL + lisp code). 

$ cheap -mrs=mrx -results=3 -default-les -limit=70000 english <
some_test_sentence 

yields the expected output, but 


$ cheap -mrs=rmrx -results=3 -default-les -limit=70000 english < ...

gives
