[pet] [developers] More problems with PET

Hi Christopher,

it seems that smaf-conf is a special case. The includes in the .set 
files work with relative paths. I could change this, provided the 
configuration resides in either the grammar directory itself or a 
subfolder of the `pet' settings folder. Are there other filenames like that?
