I am don't know enough to present, but I have added a short guide to
training using [incr tsdb()]  to the wiki.

I am not sure of the best place to link Rob's maxent - his homepage
doesn't refer to it directly, although it is referred to in the
publications: (http://bulba.sdsu.edu/malouf/software/maxent.tar.gz). 
I seem to recall that it had a few dependencies...
