[developers] display of korean characters in CLIM

hei!

we have an application that uses a `ko_KR.EUC' locale, i.e. an encoding
of euc-kr.  when displaying korean strings in CLIM, i end up with what
looks like japanese, i.e. the result of an euc-jp interpretation.  what
should we do to get korean display in CLIM?
