ideally, i would like to always produce a build of all platforms.  over
the past months, i have not been doing so well on this front.  and yes,
while the Un*x builds are very close to fully automated, for Windoze i
need to boot up, invoke the build script, copy over the files.  not too
much of a hassle, but easily skipped when i am in a hurry.  i will try 
produce a complete built within the next two days.
