[developers] code changes to LKB and [incr tsdb()]

G'day,

I have checked in some trivial changes to lkb.el:

* Added a menu for lexicon commands
 - I like to call batch-check-lexicon inside emacs so that the errors
   are in an emacs buffer
* Added menu items to print the generator chart and its input

* Added two new keyboard shortcuts:
^C-u --- lkb-tsdb-cpu
   (tsdb::tsdb :cpu :_ :file t)
^C-r --- lkb-mt-interactive
  (mt::parse-interactively "_")

I hope other people find them useful.
