[developers] NO MRS message

Hi,

If the output is like this:

(1) `when did the submarine sink?' [0] --- 4 (0.03|0.03s) <22:148> (998.0K) [0.0s]
derivation[1] (-0.3165):when did the submarine sink? 

No MRS

What's wrong with it?  I'm helping my lab administrator installing PET and this is a test.
