[developers] Discontinuous constituents / LP constraints

I've added a page to the wiki (LkbLpconstraints) about the possibility
of doing discontinuous constituents/LP constraints with vectors almost
within the existing formalism (more specifically - formally it
requires some limited use of recursive constraints - practically it
should be implemented without using recursive constraints).  I'd
welcome comments or additions/corrections to the wikipage.  I'm afraid
it's too much work for me to attempt any time soon (unless I get
offered serious money!) although I think it wouldn't take long for
someone who knew the LKB (passive) parsing code to get something
going.  I think it should be reasonably efficient in terms of parsing
speed.  Anyway, the main issue currently is whether something along
these lines would be adequate/useful or not.
