[developers] RMRS similarity

If by quantitative comparison you mean a soft match that
gives you a score by which you can rank candidate matches,
then this sounds a lot like what my current project (i.e.
my PhD topic) is all about. If you're interested in the
initial ideas behind my work, I can send you a manuscript.

Unfortunately, since this is in a very early stage, I haven't
got much to offer you yet by way of real code (or scientific
insight, for that matter :) but I'll keep you posted.

If anyone does have approaches to comparing RMRSs, I'd be
really interested in hearing about them, as well.
