[developers] combining FSPP and an external tagger

hi ben,

after a long period of inactivity on this front, dan and i today wanted
to take into use the integration of an external tagger and FSPP. what
used to work a year or so ago, viz. calling preprocess-for-pet() with a
tagger specification as its second argument now fails. apparently, the
underlying problem is the following:

LKB(1): (preprocess "Abrams sleeps." :format :list :verbose nil)
Error: :list format no longer supported

back then we had invested some work in this configuration. any chance
you could re-enable the :list output option to preprocess() quickly? i
imagine it should not be hard, since all of the information still seems
to be available.

                                             thanks in advance - oe
