for anonymous, read-only access, i think one should rather use:

  http://svn.emmtee.net/trunk/lingo/lkb/src/lkb.el

the above is part of the so-called LOGON tree (see `LogonTop' on the
wiki), but i just propagated all changes to `lkb.el' by francis into
the LinGO CVS repository as well.
