[developers] location of .sty files for LaTeX output from LKB?

As far as I know we don't have such a location.  I linked the style
files I knew about here:
http://wiki.delph-in.net/moin/LuiUi

The Latex output from the web demo also needs:
pict2e.sty, relsize and mrs.sty (from the logon book).
