[developers] no utf-8 in parse browser.

Hey folks,

It's a little difficult to view our parses in the parse browser.  The
characters are being escaped rather than rendered in utf-8.

Is there anything we can do to get the utf-8 chars pushed all the way
through the pipeline here and displayed on the [incr tsdb()] window?
