[developers] KnoppixLKB Version 10 released

I've released version 10 of the Knoppix+LKB LiveCD.  This version should fix the bug in version 9 that caused LKB to crash due to insufficient heap space.  The ISO image and VirtualBox appliance can be downloaded from http://uakari.ling.washington.edu/knoppixlkb/. I recommend that anyone still using version 9 switch to this version.  People using version 8 may want to switch if they run on hardware that's better supported in 10; in particular, MacBook trackpads are much more usable.
