[developers] LOGON trunk broken?

Hi all,

Ever since recent (this week) changes to LOGON trunk, the parse script 
dies with:

; Loading /home/rdridan/delphin/logon/dot.tsdbrc
Error: Package "REGISTRY" not found. [file position = 522]
   [condition type: READER-ERROR]


Have I just caught the middle of an update that is yet to be complete 
(and I should be patient), or is there something I need to fix on my end?
