[developers] Matrix customization system source code available

Dear all,

For many years now, the Matrix has only been available
through the customization system, meaning that the core
grammar was open source, but not the customization
system itself, nor the libraries.

We have now fixed this. Instructions for obtaining the
source code of the customization system, distributed under
the MIT license, are available here:

We would of course be interested to hear from anyone
working with the customization system (either to customize
and download grammars, or working with the source code
for other purposes).  The Matrix developers group can be
reached at matrix-dev at uw.edu.
