yes, yi added support for output in the so-called ‘simple’ format a while ago; that should be activated (currently, in the trunk) by -mrs=simple.  this format is the default assumption for [incr tsdb()] profiles.

in the forthcoming ECL-free universe, we are hoping to standardize on just two interchange formats for MRSs: simple and XML (sometimes called MRX).  on this view, conversion to other formats, scope resolution, and other semantic processing is not part of the parser proper, but should rather be accomplished in a separate post-processing step (e.g. using the LKB or a stand-alone binary compiled off the MRS Lisp code).
