[developers] gDelta - a DELPH-IN tool

Greetings,

As suggested at the DELPH-IN summit, gDelta now has a home on the DELPH-IN
wiki <http://moin.delph-in.net/GDeltaTop> with details on how to get the
code and sample output. For those not in the know, gDelta is a tool for use
with DELPH-IN grammars to compare parser output from two different states
of the grammar. There's a more informative overview on the wiki page as
well.

If you are interested in giving it a spin, please do so! I'm more than
happy to help with getting it running if anyone has any problems.
