[developers] Wikiwoods 1212 download issue

Hi

I have been having trouble accessing this site for months. (Just checked
again a few mins ago and its still inaccessible). I have never been able to
download the files i requested, and get similar messages as noted above. I
have long suspected that the site is classifying us in some way and making
prioritisations (in my case so low as to be inaccessible) - one time i got
a message saying "you have been classified as a XYZ user (I forget what XYZ
was).
