[developers] Wikiwoods 1212 download issue

hi matic,

ironically, the WikiWoods download site is hosted on a high-availability
HPC storage system, but we have had accessibility issues repeatedly over
(at least) the past several weeks.

it now seems clear we need to change the download setup, which will
probably take until later next week (seeing as norway is closed for
business around the easter holidays :-).  my apologies for the
inconvenience.
