4. Optionally add entry to /logon/etc/registry, but not needed for ACE/FFTB
5. Add directory 'hans' in logon/lingo/lkb/src/tsdb/skeletons, and add
   subdirectory 'mrs', then copy files from skeletons/english/mrs to the new
   mrs directory, and replace the 'item' file with the right one.  Also copy
   skeletons/francaise/Index.lisp to skeletons/hans and edit as needed.
